Does this TI-RTOS 4.0 release mean that you are now supporting TI-RTOS on the C6748?

Just to be clear I mean specifically the C6748 (not the OMAP-L138 which also has the ARM core) and I mean proper TI-RTOS support including drivers, not just the SYSBIOS core.

I am asking because I read a previous post on this forum (url below) and got the impression that there were no plans to support TI-RTOS ons C6748 in the future.

What is in the 664MB installer 'ti-processor-sdk-rtos-omapl138-lcdk-04.00.00.04-Windows-x86-Install'?

I already have on my Windows PC
CCSv7.2
XDCTools 3.50.02.20
BIOSPSP 3.00.01.00
StarterWare 1.20.04.01
plus a bunch of libraries.

Is there now C674x support in Resource Explorer?

Processor SDK RTOS support for C6748 devices is now available in release Processor SDK RTOS v4.0 . The release name uses the superset device name OMAPL138(ARM+DSP) but C6748 is pin and memory map compatible with that device so the release is meant for both OMAPL138 and C6748 users.

This includes support for CCSv7 and new C6000 CGTools 8.x compiler and updated SYSBIOS kernel for TI RTOS. Before you migrate, you should look into the Migration and feature list here:
