Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am using TMS320C6713 DSK. The 6713 dsk diagnostic v3.1 and CCS 3.1 is not working in Windows 7.

I have installed CCS 5.5 and it is working. But the diagnostic test is failing with 6713 dsk diagnostic tool v 3.1.

Can any one help me to solve the issue.

BSL and diagnostics for this device is supported by the board manufacturer. CCSv 3.1 is not support on Windows 7 so this is expected. to run it in CCSv5.5, you need to import the projects as legacy CCSv3 projects.
