I agree with Yordan, you should contact MathWorks Tech Support about this.
MathWorks tools can generate ANSI / ISO C code - which can be used on just about any TI MCU or DSP. The typical workflow is to generate C code of your algorithm and import that C code in CCS and integrate it into your CCS project. We have many many customers doing this, from simple experiments to mass market deployment.
AFAIK no specific DaVinci support exists from MathWorks, so you would be using the typical work flow as described above.
