I have a question, is it possible to implement the video codec h.264 into the dsk6713 using CCS (implementing JM Software into CCS)?

Hi,

Yes it should be possible, see the following threads:

The above info is for tms320c6748, but still about tms320c67x family of devices, you could use these as reference and try to adapt to your platform.
