TMS320C6455: A write dot on the part, not sure the part is qualified or not

Hi TI,

We purchased a TI part but there is a write dot on the part, part number is TMS320C6455, our supplier confirmed to us the dot is a water gap which is left from molding, the part can be normal used. pls help to check and confirm if this dot will affect part's qulity, we urgent need your confirmation to solve this issue, pls reply us asap, thanks so much.
