&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m trying to enable dvb support on Android. for that I started by&lt;br /&gt;adding the rtl2832u driver to the android kernel and then &lt;br /&gt;porting the w_scan utility for scaning the available dvb-t chanels.&lt;br /&gt; however, when executing the w_scan on android&lt;br /&gt;I couldn&amp;#39; t get any result although that the same process worked on my desktop pc and I&amp;#39;ve got the scan result. when tracking down the problem on Android, I found this kernel&lt;br /&gt;message : &lt;strong&gt;musb_host_rx 1762: Rx interrupt with no errors or packet!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have a sensor that I am trying to run on a development board similar to Beaglebone, and it functions more like a hub for other sensors and performs sensor fusion. So it needs to have many different kinds of access, not just reading and fetching axis or measurements.&lt;/p&gt;

I think there is no such support in OMAP 4460. &lt;p&gt;After the device entered suspend state, I press the power button (wired to the twl4030_pwrbutton), which wakes the device up and does report the input events to the event node and userspace but it goes back to suspend if I don&amp;#39;t keep it pressed for about one second: a simple short press will cause the device to go back to suspend.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In dmesg, I only see the trace: &amp;quot;&amp;lt;6&amp;gt;request_suspend_state: wakeup (3-&amp;gt;0)&amp;quot; if I leave the button pressed for about one second and then it actually wakes up and shows the Android lock screen while it doesn&amp;#39;t show that trace and goes back to suspend on any shorter press.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My understanding of what should happen is that the twl4030_pwrbutton should wake the kernel from the IRQ, then it reports the input events to userspace, that has been unfreezed, and then userspace writes &amp;quot;on&amp;quot; to /sys/power/state to trigger &amp;quot;&amp;lt;6&amp;gt;request_suspend_state: wakeup (3-&amp;gt;0)&amp;quot; so that it doesn&amp;#39;t fall back to suspend.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now I don&amp;#39;t know why the Android userspace won&amp;#39;t ask for wakeup if the button is held less than a second. &lt;p&gt;This problem may happened at the test case of Power ON/OFF continuously for many time, sometimes it is &amp;nbsp;up to several hundred times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is not only the data partition corrupted, the system partition is also corrupted with the error message of UBIFS&amp;nbsp;error&amp;nbsp;(pid&amp;nbsp;15670):&amp;nbsp;ubifs_check_node:&amp;nbsp;bad&amp;nbsp;CRC:&amp;nbsp;calculated&amp;nbsp;0x85ecb0de,&amp;nbsp;read&amp;nbsp;0x866864b0&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Initially, I suspect it is come from the UBI system, so I add the YAFFS2 to test it. But the result is even worse.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then I think that data partition should be un-mount first and before the shutdown, it should stop all the Android service.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But unfortunately after I tested,&amp;nbsp; the data partition is still happened&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So I re-think that the reason may come from the NAND Flash driver or the hardware problem.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In order to prove this, I have used two T.I Logic PD development board to do below experience.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.hardware: two logicPD AM3517 boards.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; after the software run 53 times&amp;nbsp;by&amp;nbsp;a-g steps, the one board of two logicpd AM3517 board have found data corruption issues in ubi system.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; after 107 times,the another board have found data corruption too.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;7. Conclusion:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Even the LOGICPD development board still happen the UBI data corruption problem.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Can we conclude that the TI BSP&amp;rsquo;s NAND driver has problem?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; But the NAND flash is only controlled on CS0 of AM3517 and the CONFIG to CSO timing is limited and fixed by CPU.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;All the links I&amp;#39;ve checked wheither required windows and I&amp;#39;m working on Ubuntu, or required some files like boot.scr and ubi.img that I couldn&amp;#39;t find in my&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;AM335x EVM&amp;nbsp;environment nor in the&amp;nbsp;generated&amp;nbsp;Image, and other talking about MTD utilities etc..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m really lost in the documentation and I&amp;#39;ll appreciate your guidance.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve tried to apply the patch, but at compiling time I get some error on EthernetNative.java, EthernetStateMachine and so on.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Where can I get a patch for rowbat jelly bean 4.1.2 in order to adding ethernet support at framework level?&lt;/p&gt;
