how to create a pads for isp and Sensor ?Is there any function to create a pads

Hi all,

I tried to know the pads for the isp and sensor.Because if i want to establish a connection between the sensor and isp i need to know the pads numbers,then only i can able to establish a connection between them.So pls tell me where we decide the number of pads for each entity or is there any special function to create pads.
