Hi Anthony,
flashing the android BSP is described in this document: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../TI-Android-JB-4.2.2-DevKit-4.1.1_UserGuide
Basically, you should use the provide script to:
- partition the SD Card
- format it properly
- copy files to it at the right location
The mkmmc script is available in the TI Android BSP: external/ti_android_utilities/am335x/mk-mmc/mkmmc-android.sh
If no parameter is used, it expects all files to be flashed to be located in a folder named Boot_Images/ in the current path.
- Required files are: MLO, u-boot.img, uImage, uEnv.txt, rootfs.tar.bz2
- Optional files are: Media_Clips, START_HERE folder
