how to send 16 bit length error code through LED on and off and capture through mobile phone camera

Myself priya,

I want suggestion of, I have 3pin LED(red and green) and I'm logging BITE(error) in flash memory with respect decimal numbers(1,2,3....).when im pressing  switch, error which i stored in memory, send through LED.It should captured using mobile phone camera(to analyze some application will be there in mobile). Error code should 16bit length.Thanks.
