Linux kernel driver for LSR TiWi-ble / WL1271L Bluetooth LE Module

I'm looking for the kernel driver/module that will support the LS Research TiWi-ble / WL1271L (tri-mode BT, BLE, WiFi) module on a recent linux kernel. Ideally, we would like to get 3.7.4 running since it's stable and it supports the new bluez 5.1 stack, and we need the bluez 5.1 stack since we require BLE (Bluetooth LE). However, if this is too optimistic, we would be happy with the bluez 4.x stack under the 3.3.7 kernel.

We're running the software on a BeagleBoard XM (rev C.1.0) with the COM6L adapter and module.

FYI, I am using the TI Sitara/Arago distribution/SDK which ships with the 3.3.7-r115.

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
