Steps to compile toolchain source.

Hi All,

I am trying to build tool-chain for DM8127 IPNC. I was able to download the source and pre-built binaries from below path:
http://software-dl.ti.com/sdoemb/sdoemb_public_sw/arago_toolchain/2011_09/index_FDS.html

If I understand correctly, the tool-chain that comes with IPNC_RDK have binaries only so we want to build the tool-chain source and generate our own binaries.

Can anyone point me to specific TI wiki page or some document which can provide steps to compile the source downloaded from above link?
