Babble Interrupt Error in musb

Hi Experts,

I am using AM335x EVMSK. There was a babble interrupt print arised for the connected USB device with the following logs. Then on the device won't function.

CAUTION: msub: Babble Interrupt Occured

musb_state0_irq 526: bogus host RESUME (a_wait_bcon)

Hi,

Could you please provide more details. Which linux kernel are you using? Official TI EZSDK 7.0, kernel version 3.12, or some other ?

How to change the run time power management in this case ?

Is it like the confiugration in the munuconfig or any settings modification in the rootfs

Yes it is a menuconfig option.

make menuconfig

Yeah its now ok after disabling the power option.

Can I know what is the reason behind it ?

But in future I want to enable the power save option.

Hi,

What do you connect to the USB?
To my knowledge some usb devices (hubs for example) connected may cause this error. Personally I haven't encountered it and cannot say for sure.

Yes I do connect with the hub. I hope it is the higher current drawing device.
