how to create 512 MB UBIFS

Dear Sir,

        I am using the DM8168 processor on Customboard.  I need help from you that how to create 512MB UBIFS with an example? I am waiting for your reply.

    Already, i have 128 MB UBIFS. Since, kernel is hanging with 128MB File system. I want to replace by 512 MB UBIFS.

    Please refer to the following TI wiki page.
    What is your size of flash device (NAND or NOR) ?

    processors.wiki.ti.com/.../UBIFS_Support

    You have to calculate correct PEB no with the rootfs partition size for UBIFS creation.

    i configured as below

    $ mkfs.ubifs -r root-fs -m 2048 -e 129024 -c 4095 -o ubifs.img

    it is showing error message "-r root-fs" so changed to /root

    $ ubinize -o ubi.img -m 2048 -p 128KiB -s 512 ubinize.cfg

    where ubinize.cfg

    vol_size=450MiB

    still kernel is hanging after loading ubi.img. can you mail me how to resolve this issue?

    I found root-fs from DVRRDK-8168 and build the ubifs file system(512 MB). Still the system is hanging

    mkfs.ubifs -r /home/avc-sln/DVRRDK-8168/DVRRDK_04_01_00_02/target/rfs_816x_1 -m 2048 -e 126976 -c 4051 -o ubifs.img

    ubinize -o ubi.img -m 2048 -p 128KiB -O 2048 ubinize.cfg

    Loaded ubi.img on custom board.
