Linux/DRA746: GLSDK 7.02.00.02, Weston won't run without USB HID device connectes

Supporting customer on GLSDK 7.02. They report that Weston hangs up unless USB mouse or keyboard is attached. Any suggestions?

There is a patch here to change this behavior. (Search jira spec-297)
