How to set UART baud rate using TIOCSSERIAL IOCTL on Davinci platform?

Dear all,

I read in LSP document that UART driver support TIOCSSERIAL IOCTL to set UART device parameters, for example baud rate, however, I couldn't find any other information on how to use this IOCTL. So can you give me any suggestion on how to use to it? Thanks a lot!

Hello Bryan,

Can you consider using the stty command in Linux to change various UART parameters? Example to change the baud rate for ttyS0 to 38400, you would run:

stty -F /dev/ttyS0 38400
