Dear Experts,
We are using DM8148/DVR_RDK 3.5/REL..E.IVAHD.02.00.04.01.
Due to bandwidth limitation, encoded bitrate need to be bounded.
Thus we enablePartialFrameSkip = 1 and allowFrameSkip = 1.
If we enable FrameSkip scheme, Will codec add no content frames or just remove partial frames?
Will FrameSkip scheme cause AVSync prblem? (Video cannot match Aduio due to FrameSkip scheme)
Add note.
Currently, we are using VBR mode. But we also want to use CBR mode.
