DM6467T video capture and encode without OS

Hi I am starting one project using DM6467T to capture S video, encode (H.264) and save to ATA SSD or NAND flash.  Audio also captured simultaneously, compress and store on ATA SSD/NAND.  Download the saved data over Ethernet on user command over RS422.  I don't use any OS in my application.  I am new to this dual core software design.  Any help? thank you.
