I'm trying to use the MP4 eval encoder in the DVSDK 1.11 and I think I have it basically configured correctly in my own test application.  I create the encoder, pass frames to it for encoding, and get a payload out.  However, when I try to view the stream in VLC it looks like there is a problem with the header.  Is there a way to configure header creation in the mp4 encoder?
