Hi,

I  debug usb-serial demo in starterware 1.0.3 on the xlt1808(the same as LOGICPD Kit),  In windows xp , The pc can't recognize USB devices, can't  get the vid and device id of the device; In windows 7, The pc can get the vid and device id,but setup the usb-serial driver error form "AM1808_StarterWare_1_00_03_03\tools\usb_inf“,who can give me some good idea?

 Thanks,

 Token.Jiang

    Hi Token,

Similar issue has been observed when the examples were built using TMS470 tool chain (http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/StarterWare_01.00.03.03_Release_Notes#Known_Issues_and_Limitations: SDOCM00080255).

If you are using TMS470 tool chain, please check if using CodeSourcery GCC tool chain helps.

    Regards

    Sirish
