StarterWare Examples with AM1808 in a CriticalLink MityDSP Differing in Results Between Debugger and BootElf

Hello,

CriticalLink has a modified uboot to boot elf files (OUT extension).  I have changed the memory map of the starterware exampes to move it past the uboot space.  When I run the examples this way, the code just locks up.  However, when I run the code through a debugger in code composer studio, the code works fine.  The memory map file is showing that the memory move happened in the code.

Does anyone know why this might happen?  Why code will run through the debugger but not through execution?  CriticalLink has a wiki on editing the memory and the starterware examples here (http://support.criticallink.com/redmine/projects/arm9-platforms/wiki/StarterWare) if you want to take a look at it.

Thanks,

Tim
