Hello,
I'm using a Beaglebone Rev A5, sysbios 1.0.0.2 and Starterware 2.00.00.06.
I'm trying to implement a UDP socket. The transmit function is working well. The receive funtion is started properly, when a UDP packet is send. But it appears that it only works with the first packet. This first packet is received all the time, despite new packets are sent.
I read in the forum that there will be a new Release of the Starterware with a bug fix in the lwip socket section. Can anyone tell when this software is going to be released.
Thank you very much
Sebastian
Hi,
the new release will be available by end of this month.

Hi Baskaran,
Can you tell me something about the changes concerning the lwip socket?
Hi Sebastian,
The lwIP port for CPSW will have some changes for next release. This will support two netifs simultaneously. Also adds support for 'to_port' and 'from_port' in CPDMA packet transmission. Apart from these, earlier it was not possible to use it with D-Cache enabled. Next release will have support for D-Cache enabling as well. The lwIP stack version for the next release will be 1.4.0.

Hi Sujith,
this sounds like the solution of my problem. Is it possible to get a beta version of this Starterware? I am stuck with that problem for quite a while so it would be very good if this problem could be finally solved.
Regards,
We request you to wait for 2 more weeks. The code is currently not in a shareable format.
Cheers,
Sujith
