Measure Network Performance in EVMSK

Dear Team,

                  We would like to measure the Network Performance(throughput) of Gbps operation in EVMSK.Our test approach is connect the two Computers to Ethernet Ports of EVMSK. EVMSK Operates in DUAL MAC mode of operation.In this Test Setup the EVMSK is like transparent module.

                   The Data Coming from PORT1 wlll send to PORT2 (through PORT0)and vice versa. Our Small Custom Application Will manage to Communicate between the Two End Devices but the performance is moderate.

Tools used:

CCS vesrion :5.3

Starterware Version:02.00.01.01

Performance obtained : 5 MBps(40 Mbps)

         The Processor was opearting at 650 Mhz(According to GEL file).We are exepting at least 200 Mbps of operation. We enable the internal Delay mode operation of both the PHY's.  

1. How can we increase the Network Performance ? 

2. We Understand that both the ports having one interrupt source,The application is like Half duplex(PORT1->PORT0->PORT2 ) & (PORT2->PORT0->PORT 1) . How can we manage the data for parallel transmission and reception?
