Compatibility about AM335x SYSBIOS PRU

Dear Sir,

As I know, TI's AM335x sysbios SDK is composed of ARM side code and PRU code. And different version's sysbios SDK will update its PRU code as version changes, like sysbios 1.0.0.8, sysbios 1.1.0.4, etc.

What will happen when the ARM side code and PRU code not match? (EX: ARM side code: 1.1.0.4 and PRU code: 1.0.0.8)

And also, is there any release note about PRU FW version change?

    Ryan,

    in most cases this will fail... we only test ARM/PRU combinations as released in the IA-SDK. So you should never mix in any other way.

    Due to this there are also no release notes spefic for the PRU changes. We only document changes on the overall protocol implementation.
