CCS6 ubuntu 12.0.4 64 bit with platform

i am using ccs6 with ubuntu 12.04 64 bit. Everything is working fine but when i go and create a new project for the 66xx devices. The problem happens when i try to pick a platform with bios6.4 on the A15. It does not bring up hte platform options. but if I create a project for the C66xx then it brings up the platform options. Also this works on windows version without any problems.

 

Any suggestions to fix this would be great.
