How to add modules, so that it is included during the auto generation of sysbios_pem4f.c?

I have been working for AMD. I need to use the Clock_stop(clkSALALSPoll);

in my project. the sample project does have the definition of clkSALALSPoll. It resides in the sysbios_pem4f.c. but the difinition is missing in my project.  so which module i have to include , and in which configuration file i have to modify for the inclusion of "clkSALALSPoll" to be auto generated in sysbios_pem4f.c
