What version of TI-RTOS or SYS/BIOS are you using?

I think if you are using the LIbType_Custom setting in your .cfg file:

var BIOS = xdc.useModule('ti.sysbios.BIOS');
BIOS.libType = BIOS.LibType_Custom;

Hwi.c gets rebuilt as part of your project's custom library (in your project's 'src' directory). Can you simply rebuild your CCS project and verify that your changes are present?
