Does TI RTOS uses ROM-based or flash-based driver library?

It seems flash based driver library.

I also didn't see any description in the TI RTOS user guide.

Is that possible to use ROM based driver library?

Currently there are no TIRTOS drivers that are ROM based. In the future, this could be a possiblity but that is not the case currently.

There are a few devices with a ROM based SYSBIOS kernel but not the device you mentioned.
