CCS V6 won't recognize installed TI_RTOS 2

CCS V7. Win 7 Enterprise 64 bit. 

I have a problem with TI-RTOS installation under CCS V6.

I only see TI-RTOS for MSP430 in the App Center.

I installed the standalone package for TI_RTOS C6000. It was recognized after the installation. CCS restarted.

However, opening a BIOS project or DspBiosConfiguration.tcf is never an option: "No DSP/BIOS tools are currently installed. Please install DSP/BIOS tools before creating a new DSP/BIOS configuration file"
