udpEchoIPv6 sample

Hello,

i'm using TM4C129 with XDCtool xdctools_3_31_02_38_core and TI-RTOS tirtos_tivac_2_14_00_10.

and i'm trying to use TI sample "udpEchoIPv6_DK_TM4C129X_TI_TivaTM4C129XNCZAD", and i want to know how can i send to the board which run this sample a UDP packet to be echoed.

Is there any tool? or any instruction on how to test this sample?

Mohamed,

You can run the <tirtos_install_dir>\packages\examples\tools\udpSendReceive executable (there is a Linux and Windows version). Please refer to the udpEchoIPv6_readme.txt file in the example for more details about how it works.

Todd,

i followed the same instructions in the text file and i couldn't able to have a connection between the tool and my board.

So please find the attachments for some screen shoots that i follow to trouble shoot the problem with no hope.

i don't know, Am i miss something?

Hi Todd,

the problem is with my antivirus, for some reasons, it was blocking any outgoing traffic using the IPv6, once i uninstalled, i was able to send, receive and ping the board.
