i am using :

ccs v6.1.3

tirtos_tivac_2_16_01_14

on DK-TM4C129X ( TM4C129XNCZAD MCU)

windows7

udpEcho_DK_TM4C129X_TI_TivaTM4C129XNCZAD :this example builds fine but when i run it the console shows the desired output but i'm not able to open the udpSendReceive.exe from <tirtos_install_dir>\packages\examples\tools\udpSendReceive.

I am behind a firewall ..is that stopping me from accessing the .exe file?

Hello A.V,

What error do you get when you try to open .exe file? You can try opening command prompt in Admin mode.

hi prasad

i'm not getting any error.When i double click the .exe file the terminal opens for a second and closes itself automatically.

This is due to UDP port & IP address not provided in the command line argument.
Please on your PC, open command prompt (start->cmd), cd to directory having this exe file and run it from command line. You should see some warning message asking to enter IP &/or UDP port no.
Enter IP address of EVM (printed on CCS) and UDP port no.
