Slow webloading with AM3517EVM on CE6R3

We have been trying out the AM3517 board with WinCE6R3, and we are having a problem.  For some reason, it is brutally slow.  We are trying to test the Webpage/javascript performance and it is a lot slower than our ARM9 device at loading websites.  We had to build our own image from the BSP because the included windows ce images do not include the web browser application.  I wonder if we build something improperly?

The performance issue you are describing is a known issue that has been observed on the last AM3517 BSP release. The issue has been fixed and the patch will be part of next release of the BSP.

Please run your javascript performance test again with an image built from the next upcoming release and let us know how you feel about the results.

Thanks Vijay. Do you know how I can get the next release and when it's available? Will this release be published on wiki?

The build Vijay mentions is currently under test by our TI system test team. The test cycle will take another 1 to 2 weeks to complete. Assuming things prove out, we'll ask Vijay to post an update to their FTP site.

    Best Regards, Gary

Access is restricted, but will work same as prior downloads. If you don't know how that was, how can I contact you?

"Arrow Vancouver": Can you clarify if the original issue (performance related) you reported in build 9 is now resolved with Build 11 or not? I would like to close this thread.

    Thanks.

I thought it was released already. I just checked the BSP I downloaded from Adeneo site, and it turns out to be the last release, but not the latest. Do you know when the release 11 is available?

1.00.00.11 is the latest build and should have been available as of early July. Could you doublecheck?  --Gary
