All,
we use TI DM3730 processor running Windows CE7. Keypad is controlled by special companion chip, TI TPS65950, which contains a dedicated keyboard controller. We have had several reports that the keyboard suddenly stopped working. This means the unit does not respond to any push on keyboard button while the operating system and our application seem working and can be controlled with touch pad. Warm restart does not help and only complete power cycle brings the keyboard functionality back.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Rinzai Bell
