WiFi settings update failure in WinCE 7 application

Hello,

We are facing WiFi settings update failure in WinCE 7 application when calling CmAddConnectionConfig API, it returns error code CMRE_INVALID_PARAMETER. The API failuer occurs randomly at some point in time, after this failure, this API always return the same error code and further it is not possible to change the Wifi Settings at all until reflasing the SOM.

 

The setup:

    Windows Embedded compact 7 with rollups upto November 2014 (7.1.2846.0)
    EDImax (EW-7722UTnV2) WiFi adapter
    Variscite OM37 SOM
