WinCE 7 USB HUB doesn't work if plugined before power up in AM335X StarterKit

Hi e2e,

We have a customer meeting the issue of USB HUB can not work if you plugin it into AM335x starterkit before power up.

If i power up AM335x starterkit first and goes into wince desktop, then plugin the USB HUB, everything works fine, you can plugin USB disk USB mouse into the hub, it works normally, but if you plugin the USB HUB before power up the board, then after AM335x starterkit goes into WinCE desktop, USB disk and mouse can not be recgnized in system, no response at all.

we tried 3 types USB HUB, the same result, in the debug uart, we can see below info:

PID:00400002 TID:02CD001E CAM3xxOTG[2]::HostMode(): entering host mode

PID:00400002 TID:02CD001E CAM3xxOTG[2]::HostMode(): leaving host mode

 

it seems that the USB HUB going into suspend mode, but can not wakeup again, except you plugout the USB HUB and plugin again.

can you help on that?

is it related to USB HUB or the AM335x wince USB OTG, HOST driver?
