Changing display resolution WinCE6 OMAP35

I currently running winCE6 on an OMAP35 device.  The display uses 480x320.  I'd like to change it to 320 x 480.

How do I change the display resolution?

How do I change the display from portrait to landscape?

I'm not sure where the setting is in WinCE.  (A win setting or a BSP setting?)
