    You are seeing the message because your NK.bin has KITL+debugger enabled and the board is trying to connect to a Platform Builder. So you have 2 options - (1) start Visual Studio/PB and connect to the device or (2) disable KITL in the bootloader (using eboot menu). -Madhvi
