Did you show up to the lecture on time? You had to click on the "Attend" button within the session period. I learned that the hard way last time, and paid much more careful attention to the fact that the lecture times are Central Standard Time this time through.

Not that it helped me much. Yesterday, I woke up early, drove to work and had butt-in-chair just before the first lecture started. I attended the "Intro to Motor Control" class, and it said "Flash Presentation Concluded" and showed no slides. I thought, "maybe I'm early and the presenter hasn't started yet", so I waited a few minutes and hit refresh. At that point I saw slide 2, but heard no sound. I thought, "maybe the presenter is still setting up and hasn't started speaking yet". Then the slides started to change....with no sound....

At that point, I opened up youtube to confirm I had audio. My speakers were functional, but I could get no sound from the ON24 lecture. I asked if someone could help on in the question box, and I got a response from ON24 support which said to hit F5 to refresh or close and reopen the window.

I tried both solutions multiple times and never got sound for the slides. 80% of the times I refreshed it though, it said "Flash Presentation Concluded" and showed no slides. At that point, I gave up. Either the presenter never turned on his microphone, or ON24 failed on audio.

The strange thing is that if I navigated back to the beginning of the ON24 site where you can navigate to attend lectures, view on demand material, etc, I was still able to hear what "Tiffany" at the "receptionist desk" had to say when I clicked on her.

One of the links to the on-demand value line videos was broken too, but I already emailed TI customer support to inform them.

I almost forgot! Speaking of TIeTech day, two days ago I got an email from "do_not_reply@on24event.com" that said "Thank you for registering for Texas Instruments’ eTech Day.
Get ready for a day packed with problem solving and interactivity!". I had never registered for it, so I was rather surprised. It served as a good reminder to do so I guess.

    I think ON24 is a bit confused!
