UL rating for Plastic used in plastic cases
wanted to get some information on the plastic casing on TI components. Are they
made out of UL rated material?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
What part/package are you enquiring about?
In general, we do indeed use UL-certified mold compound with a new flame retardant compound that is Green (eco friendly, not the primary color...).

Thank you for replying. It seems the following link has the answer to my question:
It seems TI uses UL compliant materials in all its plastic cases.
Once again, thank you for your help.
