Obviously, I already have a my.TI account - so I do not want another one from my myNational account !!

How can I get the myNational account to merge into my existing my.TI account ?

I'm sure I can't be alone in this...?

    Andy,

Will try to get a response for you but Im pretty sure that if the emails are the same on both accounts that they will be merged and not create a new TI account.

Thank you for your message regarding your myTI and myNational accounts. Your accounts for my.TI and myNational are associated with different email addresses, which are used as primary identifiers for unique customer accounts.

We understand your preference to maintain only one account. Our primary concern is to ensure continuity in access to Webench designs, sample order history and other critical site functions. In light of the complexity involved in merging accounts, we wanted to completely avoid the possibility of merging accounts that belong to different customers, and potentially exposing your information and designs to another user.

In the near future, you will be able to share Webench designs between your accounts, and at your discretion, cease using one of your accounts.

Thank you for your patience in this matter.

    How "near" ?

By "cease using", do you mean completely delete the account?

I don't have any Webench designs that need keeping - is there anything else I might lose?
