Use of Texas Instruments Name/Logo in communications

I'm the founder of Avolla, a France-based start-up that offers turnkey monitoring solutions.

TI products are extensively used in the solution, and I was wondering if TI encourages third-party companies to use TI's name and logo in marketing literature (website, product description, etc) for their own products.

What is TI's policy about this?

I paid MSP-EXP430G2 - MSP430 LaunchPad Value Line Development kit to 3/28/2013 from Tiestore. My order status shows "Order Placed, Payment Authorized" but price is waiting in my PayPal account. Item description "Availability : on backorder ships in 2 to 4 weeks. I haven't got any idea. "Will I receive item or refund money?" I sent 3 or 4 e-mail for this product to "eStore Order Support" but they don't return me. Please can you say something or idea?

Am I misremembering that international shipping used to be free on TI Deals specials? The current deal is a $20 discount, but paired with a minimum of $20 shipping cost makes it hard to justify a discretionary purchase.

Hi, i placed an order about 12 days ago and payed using PayPal. I authorized the payment and nothing happened till then. The order still shows up as Order Placed and Payment Status is Pending. I checked my credit card and my PayPal account it was charged.

I contacted support 6 days ago and didnt recieve any response yet.

ad598ad linearisation problem

in our lvdt project we chose ad598ad signal conditioning circuit for dc output voltage.

while checkin the ad598ad chip when i increase the frequency, the output voltage is decreasing inverse to that of the mentioned details in the datasheet of ad598ad where it is said that when we increase the frequency the output voltage is increased..

one more is tat the output linearity is very low compared to the datasheet details of ad598ad

can u suggest why this happens ???

Navigational Vectors on Texas Nspire Cas

Hey Guys. I have the newest edition of the Texas Nspire Cas and currently we are doing Navigational vectors for ships. Its not that hard to draw but i really suck drawing generally. So Could any of you guys tell me how I can plot those into my Calculator?

As you guys can se navigational vectors is a bit different. 0 Degrees is up top.

How do i plot that into my calculator:
Example of task:
Contruct Vector A: A= 3/60 Degrees, B= 4/ 140 Degrees.
C= A + B

3 and 4 being Cm so need to go from Point zero and plot 3 cm with 60 degree angle.

I hope this was understandable.

All electric Tankless Water Heater Control Board

Just finished building an all electric smokin Tankless Water heater. I used stainless for the construction and included four heating chambers with a 240 volt 4500 watt standard tank type coil in each. It works great and supplies more heat than this big old house needs. I've currently got it on relays and activate 1-4 of them to match the incoming temperature. The system is 100% manual control and takes monitoring, but I'm proud of it so far. I included a couple of things that I knew would be needed later, primarily a magnetic reed switch on a bronze block on the incoming water side which makes and breaks as a spinning sensor inside rotates. (Got those as replacement parts for a commercial unit). I also have heat sensitive breakers on each chamber which only trip if the temperature gets too hot and must be reset. This is my third iteration of the design and I think it is mechanically sound.

Now it's time to get fancy and build a control board for it. I'm thinking four high output SCR's (S8065J) controlled by a micro controller with water flow and temperature inputs. I've built numerous simpler boards in the past, and I'm a good electrician with a few hours on an Arduino board, but this is a little more than I can hack out on my breadboard.

I have a bunch of 100 amp Darlingtons, but I'd really like to stay AC. Has anyone seen a schematic that might be of use here?

I would like to do the following:

Modulate a 1.25Gbit/s LVDS signal (coming from Gigabit Ethernet Transceiver) to a 2-3GHz RF signal AND demodulate (mirror) = Tx
Reciprocally and simultaneously modulate and demodulate a 1.25Gbit/s LVDS signal to a 1-2GHz RF signal (This is a full duplex system) = Rx

Why i don't use Wifi or similar?

My System must be deterministic (real time)
Each RF canal is isolated (could be compared to a waveguide)

I don't know exactly how to solve this problem, but I would like to know:

Is the following principle (schematic) could work (available components from TI)?
Does TI have an evaluation board to test this principle?
