Hi,
I placed an order over a week ago for some EVMs all listed as "ships in 24-48 hrs" and it still shows the order in processing. I wanted to contact someone to find out what the delay might be, but there is no actual contact on the website that I can find. Every support and 'contact us' link leads to the same general technical support inquiry page which is not what I want.
Did I miss the link or is there one? How do I find out what might be going on with my order?

Mike - We are working on an eStore-specific form to improve the Contact Us / help options. The general technical support form is less than ideal.
For now, you can call 1-800-477-8924 and an agent will check on the status. You can also email us at ti_Store@ti.com.

It would be nice to have at least an email address for support issues in the order confirmation. It took me about half an hour to find this post. However, thanks for the information. :)
There is a new eStore support form: https://estore.ti.com/contactus.aspx
It is labeled Contact Support and can be found on the eStore home page and every product page on the left side.
We hope this helps make it easier to quickly resolve any order issues or questions.
