Hi, I have problem with order samples for my project, I always get error "8 item(s) in cart. You can checkout a maximum of 5 items.". In document "ADC Ordering Samples and Tools is sentence "You can order 8 items and up to 5 pieces od each item." what should I do to order it?

Best regards,

The document "ADC Ordering Samples and Tools" is apparently not up to date with our current sampling policy.  Where can I find the document you are looking at?

Mass Market customers can order up to 5 line items and up to 5 pcs per line item unless special limits have been imposed on the device by a TI Business Unit.

In our Samples FAQ located at http://www.ti.com/sc/docs/sampfaq.htm there are answers to the most common questions asked about our sampling system.

How many samples can I request?

The maximum number of samples you can order is between 1 and 10 units depending on your user level. If, on the sample cart, you are asked to select your quantity from a dropdown menu, then your max is between 1 and 10 units. If you are asked to input your quantity in a text box, then your max is higher.

You can easily contact the TI eCommerce Team by emailing us at ti_store@ti.com
