Part Number: TVS3300
My customer is considering TVS3300 and has a question.
Could you please advise?
According to the datasheet, it can use for IO link.
Is it possible to use IO link (COM3) which is specified 230.4kbps?
The device has a capacitance 130pF, are there any problem?

We cannot move forward without your reply. All the process have been stopped at the moment.
As it says in the datasheet, the TVS3300 is not recommended for signals >4kHz.
The reason being is that the device will start leaking current.
Also the device would limit the rise time of the signal to ~2.5us which is half of COM3 bandwidth.
