My customer has a layout related question:
We are laying the HDMI on our board. We are using the TPD12S520 to provide some protection. It is not convenient in or layout to match the differential pairs meaning TMDS_CLK+ going to HDMI_CLK+. We need to run HDMI_CLK+ to TMDS_DO+ and so on. Is the protection purely passive so we can match pairs as necessary for layout purposes?
