We are using TPD5S116 applied for HDMI2.0 interface. but the DSBGA package is too small for our design, this increases PCB processing technics difficult and cost.
So could you please share us if TI has the same functional production like TPD5S116 but the package is larger?
Meanwhile I wonder it just transfers and protects some control signals for TPD5S116, not high speed signals like TMDS, so can we choose low speed device to achieve this function which TPD5S116 has?
if yes , please help recommend available p/n# to us.
