TPD2E009: Is the TPD2E009 symmetrical with regard to D+ and D-? Can the pins be swapped?

I was wondering if there is any difference between  the  TPD2E009 D+ or D- inputs, and if they can be swapped? I would expect that they're identical, and that the D+ and D- designations in the datasheet are arbitrary.
