    Hi Stacey,

    Look below for the differences:

    TPD6s300: 6 channel protection - Short to VBUS on CC1, CC2, SBU1, SBU2. Also 2 channel protection on D+/D- (One will probably short D+/D- nodes on type-c connector pins)

    TPD8s300: 8 channel protection -  Short to VBUS on CC1, CC2, SBU1, SBU2. Also 4 channel protection on D+/D- on all four connector pins. 

    For the TPD6s300A, this hasn't RTM'ed yet and we cannot give details on this device. I believe the RTM date is set for Q3 2018 (This could be subject to change).
