My customer is looking for a cross reference to MAX9940. I had recommended the TPD1S414 as it was the closest solution I saw. However, the customer is using an open drain single wire interface which signaled by MCU pulling the line low. TPD1S414 has an undervoltage lock out and they are concerned this would be triggered each time the line gets pulled low. Can you confirm if there would be any issue with using the TPD1S414 or provide a alternative cross to the MAX9940?
