TIC12400-Q1: alternate part for 24V systems

Hi,

Can I get alternate part for the TIC12400-Q1 compatible and suitable for 24V system.

Else, if I use the TIC12400-Q1 in my design could you please recommend a TVS on Vbat line to pass ISO16750 test A and B.

    Hello Anand,

    Unfortunately there is no alternative to the TIC12400-Q1 that is suitable for 24 V systems. I'm looking into the diode now and will update within 24 hours.

    Hello Anand,

    We have not tested the TIC12400-Q1 against the ISO6750 test A and B patterns so I can't give you a diode recommendation that is guaranteed to work.  That being said the standards and ESD testing that we have done on the device have all used the EVM with the diode SS34 from Vishay and we have not had issues or found the need to change yet.
