    Hello Lei Sun,

Well, I'm not a MSP430 expert but as far as I know the eval board developers included a TUSB3410 driver for windows OS, wich will let you use the TUSB3410 as a USB-Serial interface between the PC and the MSP430 eval board. There are several documents at http://focus.ti.com/mcu/docs/mcuprodmsptoolsw.tsp?sectionId=95&tabId=1203&familyId=342&toolTypeId=1 of how to get this board started and I think the TUSB3410 install procedure is on its CD included with the eval board. Please let me know if I got the picture of your problem. I'll be glad to help any further.

    Regards,

    Ismael

    Thanks and Best Regards,
